7-day free trial starts at device activation, not checkout. First bill on day 8. Cancel within the trial and you return the hardware; only the modest concierge setup fee is retained. Devices are leased, reclaimed and factory-wiped on cancellation.
Why this pricing fits the category
The standard senior-tech model is hardware upfront plus a monitoring fee on top. We don't think that's a good design, especially when you don't yet know if the system will fit. The all-in lease bundles everything into one number and lets the 7-day trial be real, not theoretical.
